Storm and hail damage — documented the way adjusters need it
The damage that costs you money is the damage you can't see from the driveway. We find it, photograph it, and prove it.
No cost, no pressure — whether you hire us or not. We'll tell you straight: repair, replace, or you're just fine.
Hail damage doesn't look like damage
Most homeowners expect holes. What hail actually does is knock the granules off and bruise the asphalt mat underneath — a soft, dark spot the size of a quarter that you cannot see from the ground and often can't see from the roof unless you know what you're feeling for. The shingle keeps working for a year or two, then fails. By then the claim window may be gone.
What we check, and why
Field shingles on all slopes, ridge caps, valleys, step and counter flashing, vent boots, turtle vents, gutters and downspouts, window wraps, and soft decking. Soft metals — gutters, vents, flashing — are where hail leaves the marks an adjuster can measure, which is why we photograph them even when the shingles look fine.
Wind is the other half
Wind rarely rips a roof off. It lifts and creases shingles, breaks the seal strip, and leaves a roof that looks intact and isn't. Creased shingles fail in the next storm. We check fastening and the leading edges specifically.
What happens after the inspection
You get the photos the same day and a straight verdict. If it's a claim, we scope it and meet your adjuster on the roof. If it isn't, we tell you that too.

Questions we get asked here
How soon after a storm should I get the roof looked at?
Within a few weeks if you can. Damage is easiest to attribute to a specific storm while it's fresh, and carriers push back harder the longer you wait.
Will you tell me I have damage just to sell a roof?
No. We put the photos in your hands and let you see what we see. A fair number of our inspections end with us telling somebody their roof is fine.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
It helps, but it isn't required. We can inspect, send photos, and walk you through them by phone.
What if my claim already got denied?
Get a second, properly documented look. Denials are frequently a documentation problem rather than a damage problem, and re-inspections do get approved.
