The April 26 swath ran right over Pottsboro with hail up to 2.75 inches, and the share of homes under 2-inch-plus stone was higher here than almost anywhere else in Grayson County. Lake-country homes with steep pitches and long runs are also the hardest to inspect from the ground — which is where a lot of damage stays hidden.
