How long does the inspection take?
Usually 30 to 45 minutes on a typical single-family roof, plus a few minutes to walk you through the photos.
Do you get on the roof, or just look from the ground?
We get on the roof. A ground-level look or a drone pass alone will miss bruising and soft-metal damage, and that's exactly what decides a claim.
