Roof repair — including the leak nobody else could find
If a repair is the honest answer, that's what we'll tell you. We're not going to sell you a roof you don't need.
No cost, no pressure — whether you hire us or not. We'll tell you straight: repair, replace, or you're just fine.
The leak is almost never above the stain
Water gets in at a failure point, runs along the decking or a rafter, and drops somewhere else entirely. Chasing the stain is how a roof gets 'repaired' three times and still leaks. We track it back to where it's actually entering — usually flashing, a vent boot, a valley, or a nail that backed out.
What we repair
Missing and creased shingles, cracked or dry-rotted vent boots, failed step and counter flashing, valley problems, ridge and hip damage, exposed or backed-out fasteners, skylight leaks, and decking repair where water has already gotten in.
When a repair is the wrong answer
If the roof is near the end of its life or the damage is widespread, a repair is money spent twice. We'll say so, show you why, and you can decide. We would genuinely rather do the $400 repair now and earn the replacement later.

Questions we get asked here
How much does a roof repair cost?
It depends entirely on what's wrong and how much of it there is. The inspection is free, so you'll have a real number before you commit to anything.
Can you repair just one section?
Usually yes. Matching existing shingles is the limiting factor — discontinued product lines are common — and we'll show you what we can source.
My roof only leaks in heavy rain. Is that still a real problem?
Yes. An intermittent leak is water already getting past the roof and sitting somewhere. It gets worse and it gets more expensive.
Do you do emergency tarping?
Yes. If the roof is open after a storm we can dry it in so the damage stops at the roof instead of reaching your ceilings.
Free inspection. Same-day photos. Zero pressure.
